Hace varios meses que no escribíamos algo por estos lares...A pesar de que hemos estado algo desaparecidos últimamente, no hemos dejado de trabajar y muchas cosas han sucedido con la banda: nuevas grabaciones, nuevas alineaciónes, nuevos trabajos, nuevas vidas...
Tenemos un nuevo disco terminado. Lo fuimos a grabar una vez más a Canadá con nuestro productor y buen amigo Dave Newfeld. Esta vez Dave montó su nuevo estudio en una iglesia templaria del siglo XIX, rodeada de árbloes en la provincia de Ontario. Algo tienen los canadienses con las iglesias...
El nuevo disco se titula TRE3S y sale el 18 de agosto en México con el sello Arts&Crafts MX. Estamos muy emocionados de poderlo compartir con ustedes. Nos comen las ansias...Por eso, a partir de este lunes 12 de julio estaremos regalando un par de canciones del disco. Igual y así podemos además ayudarles a sortear la depresión que supone el fin del mundial...jeje.
Junto con la salida del disco tendremos una serie de fechas por México (se confirman pronto), incluído el festival Corona Capital, y una gira por los Estados Unidos en septiembre abriéndole a Built to Spill y Ra Ra Riot. Para estos shows se estará incorporando a la batería nuestro buen amigo Zöell Farrugia (también baterista de las bandas tijanenses Ambiente y Nortec Panóptica Orchestra). Les estaremos avisando de todas las fechas aquí...

Hey!
It's been a while since we last wrote something around here. Even though it looks like we disappeared for a while, we haven't stopped working and many things have happened with the band: new material, new line-up, new jobs, new wives, new lives...
We have a new album in our hands. Once again we recorded it with producer and good friend David Newfeld. Dave set up an incredible new studio inside a nineteenth century church in the province of Ontario, surrounded by trees. There's something about Canadians and churches...
The new album is titled TRE3S, and will be out in Mexico on August 18th (on our new label Arts&Crafts Mexico). We're very excited about all these new developments, and can't wait to release the album...In the meantime we'll be giving away two tracks from the album this coming Monday, July the 12th. Maybe they'll even help diminish the post-World Cup depression...¿?¡!
Along with the album release, we'll be playing some new dates in Mexico (TBC), including the Corona Capital festival (Pixies, Interpol, Metric, etc) and then in the USA, supporting the Built to Spill and Ra Ra Riot tours in September. Our good friend, drummer Zöell Farrugia (who also plays in Tijuana bands Ambiente and Nortec Panoptica Orchestra), will be joining the band for these shows. We'll be posting all the new dates here...
