Chris Brown Lyrics

I'd capture that moment
You would be right here next to me
If I had the secret
The secret to your love
I would pledge a treasure beneath my heart
Lock it all up
And throw away the key
I would never give it up
'Cause I was just a fool
A fool for you
When I loved you so childishly
And I want it all back
I want it all, I want it all, girl, I want it all back
I want it all back
I want it all, I want it all, girl, I want it all
You never miss a good thing till it's gone,
I want it all, now I want it all back
If there is a green light
And it starts to turn yellow
Pedal to the floor
'Cause I know your heart is turning red
If I had the minutes, I would turn 'em into hours
And make love to your mind and not your body instead
I was just a fool, a fool for you
That didn't know what I had until I lost you
And every single moment that you're not here
You said the evident to me that everything just seems so clear
And I want it all back
(I gotta have it all)
I want it all, I want it all, girl, I want it all back
I want it all back
I want it all, I want it all, girl, I want it all
You never miss a good thing 'til it's gone
I want it all, now I want it all back
Now everything isn't everything
If everything, everything isn't with you
And I want it all back
I want it all, I want it all, girl, I want it all back
I want it all back
I want it all, I want it all, girl, I want it all
You never miss a good thing 'til it's gone
Want it all, now I want it all back
Now I want it all back, now I want it all back
Now I want it all back
In the song "All Back," Chris Brown reminisces about a past relationship and expresses his desire to have it all back. The first stanza reveals that Brown is regretful about not cherishing their relationship when he had the chance, and if given another opportunity, he would lock it all up and never let go. The second stanza talks about how he would do anything to fix their relationship, even if it meant making love to her mind rather than her body. The chorus suggests that Brown realized what he had only after he lost it, and he wants it all back.
The lyrics show a sense of longing and desperation for a second chance at love. They depict that Brown truly regrets losing his love and missing out on having her by his side. The overall message of the song is that you never truly appreciate something until it is gone, and the regret of not valuing it when you had it is almost unbearable.

Every second spent apart from you

Now everything isn't everything
My life is incomplete without you
If everything, everything isn't with you
Nothing can ever replace having you in my life
