No ... it's not! This song is called "I Wanna Shout", they mislabeled the songs.
Nice "Did you know?"-fact, the drummer on this track (and the A-side "Blue Beat") is Jimmie Nicol. He would six months later, replace Ringo on The Beatles' first World Tour. He would visit Denmark, The Netherlands, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand with them. Ringo had Tonsillitis and was hospitalized for two weeks.
