As a classically trained pianist turned DJ/Producer/Songwriter, Chris has an ear for detail and a drive that keeps him locked in the studio day and night.

Since releasing music at the tender age of 16, Chris has landed tracks reaching top 100 on Beatport overall, on chart topping compilations, and has been featured alongside artists such as Tiesto, Kaskade and more. His collaboration with Tritonal “This Is Love” not only featured on their full length album, but also reached millions of streams on online. You can hear this melodically euphoric track playing in venues and festivals all over the world including Tomorrowland and Ultra Miami to name a few.

Having held multiple residencies in Toronto clubs, Chris has played support for the likes of Porter Robinson, Madeon, Edward Maya, Deniz Koyu and more. He is known for both his perfectly built opening sets to his electrifying and euphoric closers. When you hear Chris live, you’ll know why people stay until the lights go on.

Yeah they really did... What was once a channel of just 7 artists (if I remember correctly) has now become a massive record label with more than 50~60+ artists... I kinda lost interest in this channel (or should I say channels because now it's split into two I believe?) for no particular reason, grew tired of it I guess, but the memories are still here. And this song, is definitely one of the songs that really brings me back. And boy can I say, the melody still is freaking awesome.

This song came out when Monstercat was still growing and wasn't as well known to most people. I found the channel when Project 46 - Slide came out, and each video only got maybe 12,000 to 15,000 views max. Since then, the channel has become huge. Pegboard Nerds - Emergency is more or less a recent song, so it got way more attention than some of the older stuff. It's a shame, because then people miss out on gems like this, but all we can do is keep spreading the word. :)
