Christina Li Lyrics

Or which direction to go
And this pain in my chest
It's still there,
It won't let me rest.
Please get me out of here
So I can disappear.
I don't think they'll be needing me anymore.
I'm running faster but I don't know If it's to something,
From the ghost of old
And this pain in my chest,
It's still there
It'll never let me rest.
Please let me rest.
Please get me out of here
So I can disappear.
From the life I'm leading,
I don't think they'll be needing me anymore.
So I'm going now
To a home,
That will keep greeting me
No matter what they know.
And so I'm going now
To a home,
That will keep greeting me
No matter what they know,
And so I'm gone.
Don't care if they're waiting,
I'm happy drifting away.
Don't care if they're crying,
This water's just like air.
The lyrics to Christina Li's song "Disappear" express the feeling of being lost and suffocated by the pain and expectations of life. The first few lines suggest that the singer feels like he/she is drowning and cannot breathe or find the way out. The pain in their chest symbolizes the burden that they carry and the unresolved issues that won't let them rest.
As the song progresses, the singer talks about running away from their past and the memories that haunt them. They want to disappear and leave behind the life they were leading, a life that made them feel unneeded and unimportant. The chorus repeats the plea for someone to rescue them and take them away to somewhere they can finally rest.
The final lines of the song describe the singer's decision to leave everything behind and disappear for good. They don't care about the people who are waiting for them or the tears they might shed. The water in which they are drowning is described as "just like air", suggesting that they have finally found a way to breathe and escape their pain.
Overall, "Disappear" is a song that captures the feelings of hopelessness and the desire to escape from the pressures of life. It highlights the importance of finding a safe place to rest and heal, and the courage it takes to leave everything behind and start anew.

Your skin isn’t paper don’t cut it.
Your head is not a target don’t shoot it.
Your neck isn’t a coat don’t hang it.
Your heart isn’t a door don’t close it.
Your face isn’t a mask don’t cover it.
Your size isn’t a book don’t judge it.
Your life isn’t a film don’t end it.
You are stronger then you could ever realize, I know that it’s hard, but you can do it. You will get through this. Things do get better. I know it doesn’t feel like that right now but I promise it will. Just know you don’t have to fight this alone. You are strong. You are brave. You are beautiful. And you can make it through this. So don’t give up. Keep fighting. You can do it

For anyone else thinking of life the way I am, this quote helps me a lot. "Suicide doesn't get rid of the pain/depression, it just passes it on to someone else"

This song fits my life perfectly. Most of the time I feel invisible and not wanted, and I’ve been bullied before. For example...
Someone in 5th grade called me ugly
My best friends ignored me in 6th grade for half of the year
Hardly anyone speaks to me anywhere I go, the only people that will even look at me are my friends
I’m not wanted.

This song I've known for a long time, and I just, the first note, hearing it for the first time in awhile, I'm tearing up. God. I'm telling you, it is going to get better. I love you all (:

No matter who you are there is always hope and you should never give up. If you get abused at home at school there are people to talk to and if you are home schooled you could talk to the government. There is always a way to find happiness. Love who you are and don't give up!
