Chron Gen Lyrics

A moonlight sky and the stars are very bright
He wants to go and fight them on his own
He's living in the bedroom, all alone
And he's seeing, things he has never, ever seen
He's in the real reality, he's blown his mind
And things, are being seen so differently in the real reality
He's blown his mind
Warm hands in the fire, no burning touch
Can't wait to meet them, go upstairs, there's and evil air
The bed is moving, all around him, say your prayer
The lyrics of Chron Gen's song Reality offer a glimpse into a young person's disillusionment and yearning for something more than mundane reality. The opening lines describe the singer's fascination with space travel, a dream that seems just out of reach. He longs to venture into the unknown, to experience something that is beyond the confines of his everyday life trapped in his bedroom. He sees the stars shining brightly in the night sky and wonders what it would be like to be up there in the shuttle, free from the worries of the world.
The second stanza then goes on to describe the singer's altered state of mind, as he enters the 'real reality'. Suddenly, his perspective changes, and he begins to see things with a new clarity. Something has opened his eyes, and now everything is different. His mind has been blown, and he cannot go back to the way things were before. The final lines of the song reveal a sense of anxiety and fear, as the singer encounters a devil in the fire, and his bed starts to move around him. He is overwhelmed by a feeling of helplessness, and all that is left is to pray.
Overall, the song explores the idea of escapism, of wanting to break free from the constraints of reality and experience something more profound. It also hints at the dangers and risks that such a pursuit entails, including the possibility of losing one's grip on reality.
