Even the cheap things I rely on are breaking and failing me.

I tend to shirk responsibility and blame others for my problems.

My body and mind have been weakened and are fragile.

I am not the first choice for anything, and in fact, I am often overlooked and ignored entirely.

I have missed out on opportunities or success, but at this point, it doesn’t faze me, as I have accepted my current reality.

Everything I do is slow and sluggish, and there is no progress being made in any aspect of my life.

I have pushed the limits of what is reasonable and have put myself in dangerous and compromising situations throughout my life.
