City Girls Lyrics

Turn that down Uniqua, turn that down
You bitches could never be the fuckin' City Girls
Go to jail, drop some heat
On the first day out, have a baby and still remain that bitch on top
You bitches friendships could never be real and raw
Bitches was never rappin' about somethin' good
Get money, pussy, until my City Girls came out
But ain't even travel enough cities to even be a city girl
Shittin' me?
The girls has been on top and they bitches is gaggin' at my girls, what's tea?
On some real city boy shit, what's good?
The lyrics of the City Girls' song "Skit" is an empowering message for women, telling them that they should strive to be like the City Girls - independent, successful, and confident. The singer in the song is calling out other women, claiming that they could never be like the City Girls. She uses the lyrics to suggest that the City Girls are the ultimate standard for female success, and that other women should aspire to be like them.
The singer also uses the track to highlight the many accomplishments of the City Girls. She notes that they have been through challenges such as imprisonment, but still managed to rise to the top of their game through their music, and did not let their setbacks define them. She also implies that the City Girls have something unique that these other women lack β true friendship and loyalty, which they rap about in their music. This message serves to inspire women to be true to themselves, follow their dreams, and find meaningful friendships.
