People need to have a heart. This boy was smart and stood his ground against one of them because if he didn’t, his injuries could have been much worse. I’m so thankful to be graduated so I don’t have to deal with this kind of stuff in school anymore. I used to be made fun of for being “the quiet kid” just simply because I was into bands like Metallica instead of rap music, I never wore popular clothing brands, my NBA jerseys are all “old” players, and I was also made fun of for just staying away from situations like this. Same thing happened to me i was body slammed to the floor a big fight broke up and i had no choice but to fight because i was supposedly going to fight with my friends and i ended up getting thrown to the ground i was unconscious and my ear was bleeding my eardrum had broke and was sent to the hospital i ended up one whole day in the hospital in fine now tho its been a month since that happened and i press charges but i ended up losing bc i was in the fight so yeah

The problem here is that if people make you fight and you say no, they will call you scary cat or what ever because they think you were scared of fighting, so you probably say yes because you don't want the whole school calling you that for the rest of the school year, and probably get anxiety or get depression because you had enough, and if you say " just tell the teacher" is probably gonna make it worst because if you tell the teacher, the students will probably begin to call you other names and start to bother you more for being a snitch or something, and this is the problem that not alot of parents and adults don't get, is not easy to just tell the teacher or an adult in the school because it will just end up making it worst.

Hope this clarifies why school fights are made and can't say no unless you wanna be bullied the rest of the year

I’m 18 and the lessons I’ve learned after fighting is if you jump someone that can’t defend themselves your Coward if you ever Fight someone That you Know You can Beat your. A Bigger coward I know a lot of people who fought people they knew they could beat and were ignorant as hell

At my school rules are if the person is down and unconscious then they need to stop the fight because if they hit him repeatedly then it is assault and battery

if someone attempts to pick you up and body slam you, before he even manages to lift you , you gotta keep your body weight down, do so by bending down ur knees 50% while you can either: A, counter body grab your enemy, or B. use your striking while keeping your body weight down, i seen many fights and body slams is the most devastating ones.

There's always more to the story than what we get presented. We don't know why they fought or what caused it. But if you're going to involve yourself in beef, and then get beat up, you can't complain or play victim once you lose. For all we know, he could've been the reason it started in the first place.

In a child's mind, what you commented makes sense. But as an adult, we know that there is no reason to put hands on anyone to the point of causing death or long term physical/mental issues. This was a high school fight... couldn't have been that deep

Bruh, we don't know the full situation, the fact one was charged means it was probably unprevoked assault. And besides he didn't literally nearly kill a kid like the other dude
