There was a time when I had someone special in my life who loved me deeply

She was willing to do anything and everything for me, without hesitation

But I was blind to her goodness and I could not see
Unfortunately, I didn't appreciate her love and kindness at the time and failed to recognize how lucky I was to have her

That a heart without love cannot live
I now understand that a life without love is not worth living and that it's love that gives meaning and purpose to our lives
