one of the great underappreciated albums of the 80's i was in HS when it came out. not a weak track on the entire album. A classic One-and Done band.

Not exactly one-and-done. Code Blue released a second album called True Story, which is split into two videos here on YouTube (just search Code Blue True Story to give it a listen but be warned, video with second side has several skips which hurt the listening experience). An equally excellent album that received even less attention than the first album, probably because it was an indie release. The original lineup is only on one song, but it is still Dean Chamberlain with other musicians on the other seven songs.

The right band at just the right time Still holds up after all these years

@LarzGustafsson

One of the best albums ever made.

What a fantastic album all the way through. A hidden gem if there ever was one.

Agree 100 percent.

A few friends and I went to the Roxy nightclub (yes, that one on Sunset Strip in Hollywood) to see a new act back in 1980. These guys were the opening act, we had never heard of them, but they totally blew us away to the point I do not remember who the headliner was that night. Dean Chamberlin's guitar skillz were second to none, the drummer and bassist were spot-on backing that wicked guitar work. Quite a few other bands like this back then in L.A.'s lively music scene that never made it out of the trenches for one reason or another. Great time to be a young adult! Cheers

an instant, automatic hit, for me. GREAT SONG

@garyhope2

I still have this album. Lived a few blocks from them. Saw them play around LA in the 80's. Lots of great bands around in LA then. Lots of great cheap places to see bands then.
