Originally the instrumental project of guitarist Jean Funes, it was decided to add vocals after receiving an invitation to perform at an evangelical concert, thus enabling the band to deliver a clear gospel message along with the music.

Recording for Codigo Eterno’s self-titled debut project began back in 2007. The much anticipated album features an impressive line-up of guest musicians: Andreas Passmark (Narnia, Divinefire, Rob Rock, 7Days) on bass; a guest guitar solo by Markus Sigfridsson (Harmony, 7Days, Darkwater) as well as some renowned local musicians.
