In Februrary this year Cofield was selected as an entry for the 49TH GRAMMY AWARDS by the Grammy Academy.This demonstrates Cofield’s talent as a prolific songwriter, the commercial value of her songs and longevity of her album.
Cofield has performed both overseas and locally, from small venues through to large outdoor concerts such as Kirstenbosch Sunset concerts and The Nelson Mandela 46664 Concert in George. She performed at The Cutting Room in New York in November as part of the CMJ Music Festival.
