Joshua Cruz, Moses Cruz, and Ricky James Acosta believed that hard-work, determination and all out guerrilla marketing was the only way to achieve success. In 2008 Cold Forty Three began their touring career by booking their own shows across the country. They continued to tour in 2009 while selling their Debut album," From The Garage to Your Speakers" on their own with no distribution.
In march '09 CFT did something that would establish them as a band that simply refuses to give up on any ambition they have. Without any prior bookings, they made their way to Austin TX, and the SXSW music festival. CFT was able to secure bookings that gained them good exposure, and a further desire to continue forward. In the summer of '09 Cold Forty Three decided to follow the entire Warped Tour and sell albums to the kids waiting in line, as well as play shows on their off days . CFT even sold CD's at local malls to fund their touring. CFT campaigned on the tour and on August 23, 2009 they finished in Los Angeles. CFT immediately drove back east to catch up and follow Blink 182, on their reunion tour, in Camden, New Jersey. CFT sold CD's and promoted themselves before and after every Blink 182 show until Pelham Alabama. Upon arriving in Alabama the band decided to tour back home to Los Angeles, where they arrived in December. The year 2010 brought forth the same determination and the band embarked once again on tour in January all the way through May, building a fan base that has grown with each passing month.
In June 2010 CFT decided to once again follow the Warped Tour and the band set a goal to do whatever it took to play a least once on the tour, even though they weren't invited or entered any contest. Cold Forty Three achieved this goal on July 28th 2010, by playing the Ernie Ball stage in Cincinnati OH. CFT went on to play an additional three shows in Shakopee, Minnesota, Bonner Springs, Kansas and Hillsboro, Oregon. The band also has been invited to play SXSW in March 2011. With that being said Cold Forty Three is looking forward to 2011 being their biggest year ever, with a new album scheduled to be released in early 2011and a year full of non-stop touring.

Shut up and relax, bro.
Trust me I'm a f*****g pro.
Sneaking in the windoooooow.
Yes you did invite us,
Cause everybody likes us.
C-four-three you knoooow.
Living like it's 2012...
Chorus:
Hey! Hey! Hey! Crashed the party.
Hey! Hey! Hey! We're not sorry.
Raising hell, we do it well.
Hey! Hey! Hey! Throw your hands up.
Hey! Hey! Hey! In the moment.
Loud and proud and acting out.
Verse 2:
Raging like we're mad men.
Body shots off f*****g 10's.
Gonna do it up, woahhhh...
Yes, we're feeling good now.
Represent the hood now.
Getting pretty pumped woahhhh...
Prechorus 2:
Screaming with a rebel yell...
Chorus:
Hey! Hey! Hey! Crashed the party.
Hey! Hey! Hey! We're not sorry.
Raising hell, we do it well.
Hey! Hey! Hey! Throw your hands up.
Hey! Hey! Hey! In the moment.
Loud and proud and acting out.
Bridge:
So we sing.
Just because we can.
So you sing.
Just because you can.

Bridge
The lyrics to Cold Forty Three's song Hey Hey Hey are about crashing a party and having a good time. The first verse starts with the singer telling someone to relax and trust them because they are a "f*****g pro" at sneaking in through a window. The second line suggests that even though they snuck in, they were actually invited because "everybody likes us." This line could also be interpreted as the singer reassuring themselves that they belong at the party. They then mention the band name, "C-four-three," as if to claim their place as partygoers. The pre-chorus repeats the phrase "Living like it's 2012," which could either be a nostalgic reference to a time when they were young and carefree or an allusion to the Mayan calendar predictions of the end of the world.
The chorus emphasizes their reckless behavior without apology, declaring that they crashed the party, and they are proud of it. They raise hell and do it well, throwing their hands up and enjoying the moment. The second verse builds on the party atmosphere, with the singer and their friends taking body shots off of "f*****g 10's" and feeling good while representing their hood. The pre-chorus again uses a nostalgic phrase, this time referencing Billy Idol's song "Rebel Yell," which was released in 1983. The bridge brings a moment of reflection, suggesting that they sing just because they can and encouraging others to do the same.
Overall, the song captures the spirit of young people who enjoy partying and being reckless without apologies. The lyrics emphasize enjoying the moment and treasuring the freedom of youth, even if it means breaking a few rules along the way.
