Conjure One's work has also been featured in commercial media, with the single Tears from the Moon feat. Sinéad O'Connor making an appearance on the film soundtrack Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life. In addition, the single Center of the Sun has also made a vague appearance in the film X2: X-Men United, where it plays in the background of the scene with Collosus and Flea drawing and making fun of Rogue and Bobby, who are about to kiss.

Run for Cover
Conjure One Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
And now it's time to put on the armor
. . . it's the calm before . . .
It came to me in a dream
No warning signs
Time to decide on a flight
I feel it coming . . .
It came to me in a dream
Take your lover
Run for cover
The thunder's rolling in
Take your lover
Run for cover
The tides are crashing in
It came to me in a dream
The wind it cries familiar songs
And now it's time
A new destination
I feel it coming
Take your lover
Run for cover
The thunder's rolling in
Take your lover
Run for cover
The tides are crashing in
It came to me in a dream
(The thunder's rolling in)
Take your lover
Run for cover
The tides are crashing in
It came to me in a dream
Take your lover
Run for cover
The tides are crashing in
Hold on tight the tides will take it
Don't be frightened, pleasant changes
It came to me in a dream
The wind it cries familiar songs
Leave it all behind
The burden gone
It came to me in a dream
"Run For Cover" by Conjure One feat. Free Dominguez is a song that speaks about impending danger and the need to take action before it's too late. The lyrics depict a dream where the singer hears the wind cry familiar songs, which serves as a warning that something bad is about to happen. The calm before the storm is represented as the need to put on armor, and the dream forewarns of a choice that has to be made before it's too late. It's a message to take important decisions before the storm hits and to prepare for what's coming.
The chorus "Take your lover, run for cover, the thunder is rolling in, the tides are crashing in" speaks of the urgency to move to safer ground as a storm is approaching. The lyrics convey the sense of impending doom and the need to take action, not wait for things to happen. The end of the song has a positive twist, with the message that change can be pleasant, and letting go of the burden can bring relief.
