+Eric Faw I wasn't aware of that but is not surprising. Very few can handle being world famous and not resort to the drink or drugs. Thankfully he has survived. Far too many from the first 30 years of rock and roll fell victim to the fast lane and are no longer with us. What kept me off of the drugs in the 60's and 70's was i saw what it was doing to many of those i admired. I said i would never start. However by March 79, i just quit caring. I had no way of knowing that first joint would lead to 15 wild years and while i was having a blast, i paid a huge price and still am today, even though I now have 20 years clean and sober.
