Move
Crux Lyrics

But I don't hold them there.
Gravity holds them down,
God's finger picks them up moves them around.
Some of them I wanted to stay, some were a happy release.
Others appeared with joyous surprises others too heavy for grief.
Pick it up and move it around.
These things I hold them an offering to God.
He sees my hand and then
Raises me seven on my knees.
I will trust and obey.
Move it around.
Pick it up and move it around.
The song "Move" by Crux talks about the different things that we hold onto in life and how they are subject to change. The first couple of lines set the tone for the song as the singer reflects on the many things that they hold in their hand, but they don't hold them there. This is a metaphor for the idea that we can't control everything that we hold onto in life, and sometimes external forces have a greater influence on them. Gravity is mentioned as an external force that holds things down, which can represent the challenges and obstacles that we face in life.
The lyrics then bring up the idea of God's finger picking things up and moving them around. This can be seen as a reference to the idea that there is a higher power at work in the universe, and that sometimes things happen for a reason beyond our understanding. The use of the word "God" in the lyrics suggests a spiritual or religious context to the song, which is further explored in later lines.
The second verse of the song talks about the different emotions that come with the things that we hold onto in life. Some of them we want to hold onto forever, while others are a happy release. There are also joyous surprises and things that are too heavy for grief. This is a reflection on the emotional complexity of life and how the things that we hold onto can impact us in different ways.
The chorus of the song is a repetition of the phrase "Move it around. Pick it up and move it around." This can be seen as an encouragement to embrace change and adapt to the shifting circumstances of life. The idea of movement is a recurring theme in the song, representing the idea of progress and growth.
Overall, "Move" by Crux is a thoughtful and introspective song that reflects on the different things that we hold onto in life and how they are subject to change. It encourages listeners to embrace the idea of movement and change, and to have faith in the idea that there is a higher power at work in the universe.

how long did Ondra practice this route before completion?
BabajiontheGames
@Ethan Yu as you said his time spent in the custom built gym should be and is considered by him part of his training on silence. But i believe from concept to completion is was a period of 4 years.
Ethan Yu
@Swagolas He tried it over the span of 3-5 years. I think he said that the total time he spent practicing/training specifically that route was 50 weeks (so 1 year's worth of practice).
