Tell Me Why
D/R Lyrics

Baby, just tell me why
You know I don't wanna fight
And I wanna make this right
Baby, just tell me why
Baby, just tell me why
You know I hate to see you cry
And this is gonna end tonight
Baby, just tell me why
Baby, just tell me why
Tell me what's bothering you
Wanna help in every way but like what could I do
Sometimes it's like we're playing games
But the way we like to play
Nobody wanna get to the end so we barely connect 2
My feelings don't come out either and I apologize
But when you try to keep it in it comes out in your eyes
Just let it out and don't internalize
Because when you say you're fine, I know its just a bunch of lies
You know you mean the world to me
You're the girl for me
Here for your problems
Ain't gotta hurt you see
Cuz it's hurting me too
Not to be rude
Cause this is about you
I just wanna help you out
Ain't tryna see you down
No need to end us now
No (No, No)
Take this one step at a time
Let's go
Baby, just tell me why
You know I don't wanna fight
And I wanna make this right
Baby, just tell me why
Baby, just tell me why
You know I hate to see you cry
And this is gonna end tonight
Baby, just tell me why
Baby, just tell me why
I wanna talk to you
Who else would I talk to
But we both know that isn't the easiest thing to do when your blue
'Cause you don't even talk to me
Don't you see
You keep it bottled up inside to be the manly man you feel you need to be
That's not the case
Talk to me boo
And I promise we can get through
Baby, just tell me why
You know I don't wanna fight
And I wanna make this right
Baby, just tell me why
Baby, just tell me why
You know I hate to see you cry
And this is gonna end tonight

Baby, just tell me why

Love this. Thank you, Dr. Mindy Pelz. I really appreciate your time and knowledge. It's never too late to learn. Last week, I turned 71 and I was shocked to watch many neighbors being hopeless and sick (it's in the head, I think), trusting that prescriptions and being at the doctor's office every other day will save their life. It seems like when we retire (poor or rich) many people have a hard time adjusting to their new free lifestyle of just being themselves, and that's because they've never been never been taught how to think for themselves and allow common sense to make the right decisions. I guess these people were the first ones to line up for vaccines and wear masks and would still do it, if they were told to because they were taught to live with fear and prescriptions instead of being in charge of their health and doing the right thing. Mind controlled we have been. After all, Noah lived 950 years so where did we go wrong? Why did they want us sick and die young? Now is the time to get rid of all tell-a-visions and spend our time creating and being of service to others. I'm sure it's not too late for many people... Meanwhile, I'm enjoying each one of your videos and started 15 hours Fasting, yesterday. Had some dairy free ice cream in the freezer and threw it all into the dumpster (no one needs it)๐ŸฅณYou're doing a great service to humanity. Thank you!๐Ÿ™

Thanks for sharing. Iโ€™ve been learning a lot about fasting smarter especially from Dr. Mindy. I was shocked that nobody wanted to know how I was able to address issues and have visible, positive results.
They feel that they canโ€™t do it. ๐Ÿ˜ข

Thank you for bringing the awareness of emotional stress. The fight or flight that created such tension in my body. I am so thankful the past year I have been aware and have shifted how I connect to stress with work. Thank you! โค

You're very welcome! Share your learning with others around you and spread the knowledge ๐Ÿ™Œ

@enidcronin9704

I have gone from a standard ketogenic diet to carnivore. The change in the stress on my body is amazing. I have for decades suffered from loose stools and but inflammation. This has now gone my joints and other inflammatory parts of my body are subsiding rapidly. I was eating a lot of nuts last autumn and managed to put on 6lbs although my carb intake stayed to 25grams a day. That weight disappeared within 10days of carnivore. I am thinking the high bodily inflammation was an added stressor. I have few friends but quality friends who support rather than detract and put me down. So many acquaintances have so many people round them they look miserable and only appear happy when alcohol is imbibed. I find being creative a great serotonin boost. Thank you for your advice always very sound.
