Hating people because of who they love, is just plain stupid. There's no difference between a racist and a homophobe.
The United Nations of Human Rights, comprised of countries around the world, make decisions on what is against human rights. And they have declared countries that have laws against homosexuality are against INTERNATIONAL human rights. So saying it’s my country my rules, does not work. You are still against international human rights law.

There is nothing evil or wrong about two people loving each other and wanting to take care of each other for the rest of their lives, and perhaps adopting children from an orphanage that have no parents, and creating a family. And countries are making great changes quickly. In 2021 several countries, new legislation was introduced while, in others, regressive laws were scrapped. New policies decriminalized homosexuality, provided protection for trans people against discrimination, and made it easier for the community to access healthcare.

I’m not gay but I watched many I love struggle in unhappiness then come out in old age spent most of his life unhappy. In my family we excepted things for what they are , loving people as they are in no harm to others ! My cousin who from baby we knew was gay had no problem had represented many times as the emperor of the gay parade in Waikiki Hawaii he is no longer here passed back awhile and so Miss by many including my self . Stay away from ugly peoples and live your lives, we can’t change everyone but unfortunately stay as far from them for your happiness.

i've been openly lgbtq aince the early 90's when most lgbtq people had no rights . i fought for the rights of all lgbtq people all through the 90's. i was in high school back then.

Thanks for another great video. I must say, the story out of Columbia with a "Kiss In" was my favorite. Seeing so many so comfortable affirming their love for each other PUBLICLY will never get old. 🥰 With so much anti-LGBTQ+ sentiment rising here in America, it's nice to see it being championed in other places. And the daughter of the rapper who came out despite the homophobia of her father was also heartening. I wish her every success. I still look forward to the day when athletes can come out while they're still playing instead of after they retire. There are so few current gay role models in the sports that are in the majority in America: football, basketball, baseball, hockey.

Everytime you post the wonderful coming out videos I become very happy finding & watching them. I always keep realizing more & more how truly normal it is to be gay. I believe our numbers & percentages in the world population are much higher than we imagine or know. It's always stunning to witness men who have lived into their 40's & 50's & beyond with the world, their families, & their friends convinced they were straight...many often are charmed to imagine they might be straight...but then the perfect time comes along & their spirits are set free into the most peaceful & satisfying lives of truth & love possible. ...Many of us suffer great punishment over being gay...serious regression & denial happens causing more pain. It's a wondrous spark of enlightment & readiness that happens & often comes from very important celebration videos like you post...all of us can serve as inspiration for others to accept themselves & have fulfilling lives. The world gay community is the most supportive, emotional, active, intelligent, & willing of any minority social revolution that has or ever will happen. Great! Just a small detail: "Alan X el Mundo" would be read as "Alan Por el Mundo" as the multiplication symbol X is called "Por" in Spanish. In English this wouldn't make sense cause it would be translated as "Alan Times the World", but in fact it should be understood as "Alan Across the World" due to such other meaning of the word "Por" (across, through).

At our family reunions a few of us, like me, are happily peacefully open & out & always willing to talk. These chats are always safe & private at our gatherings...providing security is very key to others wanting to express themselves. We also have fun. Quite a few years ago I suggested a way to make money to support the overhead costs of our reunions. My idea was for the fellows to do some fun & conservative strip shows for cash donations...believe it or not the guys in the family went for it big time, even the straight men...we all took turns getting up on picnic tables & stripping down to our swim trunks...didn't matter who participated, as long we were age 18 to 180! ...These strip shows make money for our reunions, sometimes better than the homade quilt & afghan auctions!!! ...And, you're right in theory...anyplace can be a good place to learn about gay life...from truck stop bathrooms to family reunions!!!

I love the kissing challenge. In South Africa there was an incident of a lady who wore a mini skirt to a taxi rank and one of the queue marshals sexually harassed her. A group of straight women and LGBTQIA people supported staged a mini skirt wearing protest at the taxi rank. Solidarity is key.

Happy for Noah. He looks more comfortable of himself and gay (as in happy and joyful) since coming out. Before this, there was always a stiff awkward vibe from him during interviews and more. Also, he's a great actor (on par with Millie, imo). Just look at him climbing further to branch out his acting chops. And yes, expect him turning into a genuine hearthrob as he ages.

The Australian Parliament when it returns in March 2023, will debate on a bill making Conversion therapy illegal, this bill has apparently has the support of 4 out of the 5 parties in Parliament only the Liberal Party (Similar to the Republican Party in America, Conservative Party in US and Putin's Party in Russia) will not support the bill.

I think you meant Conservative Party in the UK.
The National/Country Party is Australia is even more conservative and yet they no longer stand in the way of Gay rights, I think because they have a younger base who have taken that stance. They did not oppose equal marriage when it was being passed. It was a different matter in the past when they opposed gay rights and repeatedly blocked laws, I suppose people and parties change.
Unfortunately the National/Country Party have become pro guns, and they never poll that well anymore because Australians really HATE guns.

@@Mcfreddo All true, but I was just saying that the far right National/Country Party which are much more conservative than the Liberal Party did not fight against equal marriage and I heard that the Party took advice from their young Nationals over this issue. I could be wrong, but if this is so, they are forward thinking about issues like this and what the electorate want. Tony Abbott was ridiculous the way he carried on. I do however support him about the monarchy. A new constitution would wreck the country and we would become like America which is on the point of civil war.

@@WriterVicYates The book I AM reading is titled "Cuba En El Recuerdo," by Alberto de Castro Gillespie, editado por Roberto A. Solera.

About five weeks ago, I was on Twitter, and someone made a Tweet about public libraries. Between the pandemic, various lockdowns and temporary closings, I grew accustomed to not being able to simply visit my local public libraries and browse. When I remembered that the public library literally six blocks away has been open to people to come in, browse and borrow books, in person, I made a trip.

This book is more like a memoir than a biography. In spite of the fact that I read Spanish, as well as speak it; I rarely watch any movies or TV shows in Spanish, and I do not recall the last time I read a book in Spanish. Since I AM Cuban, I wanted to read a book that would help me feel more connected to my Cuban culture, and this one fit the bill.

Besides, now I would love to read his works, after I finish this book.
