Heart

I believe
In my love
I'm falling in love
with your eyes..
I never want to leave you..
I believe
In my love
I'm falling in love
with your eyes..
I never want to leave you..

I believe
In my love
I'm falling in love
with your eyes..
I never want to leave you..

Overall Meaning

"Heart in 2-3" is a melancholy song that reflects on the pain of heartbreak and the crippling effect it can have on one’s life. The song begins with the singer in distress, feeling like they're close to the edge after a breakup. They're calling for help to handle the overwhelming emotions that come with love lost – but of course, no one can help them because their heart is already done. They're feeling weak and vulnerable, unable to live without their ex, and hopeless because they feel they have nothing to live for anymore.

In the chorus, the singer refers to their love as being "young." There's an urgency in their plea, they want to be reunited with their love to feel alive again. The second verse repeats the earlier sentiments with added emphasis on how critical it is that they're reunited with this person. They suggest they don't have the power to move on and the cure is seeing their partner again.

The bridge then takes an even more desperate tone – the singer suggests that their heart is so close to dying that this last chance to save their heart to be reunited. They call for their love to come back so they can feel alive again. There's a sense of hopelessness here, as if nothing will help except being with their love again. The song ends with the same plea for the partner's return, acknowledging that their heart is too young to die.
