'Isolation' was re-recorded for entry into neworderonline's 'Community 2' competition.

Most of the tracks are works-in-progress - those uploaded here are the most finished so far & even then 'Use Me' is limited by using only the guide vocal.

NEW track uploaded 3-Dec-08 - http://www.last.fm/music/D-plus/_/Shoot+Through+The+Space It's free to listen like the previous 3 uploaded. It's an instrumental I did back in 2004 which I only finished off this week - as a break from trying to come up with new stuff!

I've finally started working on a few NEW tracks - still early stages yet, working titles so far include:
"All Over Again" (is instrumental at the moment, but I have a few lyric ideas)
"Reflect On Me" (will probably be a 'Slits' track)
"Face Down" (about drink)
Plan is to do some rough drafts & post these here in the autumn - all if I can find the time!
(Didn't get the time so new plan now is to try to record these over the holidays.)

This is awesome Ive been doing the same routine for a good while but doing a strength day and hypertrophy day just with different amounts of weights. Mike how often do you change your routine? also Do you have multiple strength days a week or do you split it out even longer?

Please also advise on how to train the weak muscle group. I am one of those unlucky guys whose arms are weak muscle grp. It takes too long to grow half an inch. Shoulders and chest are strong. So i end up with disproprotinate looking body.
