To all of my bros out there
You know I got your backs
Your my inspiration
To all of my family
You know I'm always there
No matter the situation
I'm from the underground
The silent achiever
Coming up to take on the game and
I'm keeping it real while I'm rapping
Coz I aint trying to force me no reputation
We all about them socials bullshit
Yeah in the gym I'm lifting to my fav mix
Yeah I'm walking the merch
I'm repping the gear I'm in
Making them deals again
Line it and pack it again
Can someone bring me that shit
Whats the fucking situation
We living in a new Society
Yeah people be different nowadays
All of the rules are broken
Coz we all nothing but issues
Living in this modern situation
We living in a new Society
Yeah people all be acting the same
We all addicted to chat right now
But we all got nothing to say
Yeah I'm keeping it G
Like I'm the biggest kid of my generation
Headphones blasting the metalcore
Whilst I'm trying to find me some inspiration
I liked your pic on insta
But now your in my fucking feed stop playing
Yeah read them lyrics again
So you can all be picking up on what I've been saying
We all about them socials bullshit
Yeah in the gym I'm lifting to my fav mix
Yeah I'm walking the merch
I'm repping the gear I'm in
Making them deals again
Anarchy happening again
Can someone bring me that shit
Whats the fucking situation
We living in a new Society
Yeah people be different nowadays
All of the rules are broken
Coz we all nothing but issues
Living in this modern situation
We living in a new Society
Yeah people all be acting the same
We all addicted to chat right now
But we all got nothing to say
Yeah
I'm that original kid
Bringing this shit from the 6210 no faking
And I'm keeping it single and simple
Coz all of that shit it be driving me crazy
Just read all of the lyrics to favourite bands
Coz music is life just saying
And I got an addiction to shoes
And I just bought me some new Nikes no laces
We all about them socials bullshit
Yeah in the gym I'm lifting to my fav mix
Yeah I'm walking the merch
I'm repping the gear I'm in
Making them deals again
Rack it and pump it again
Can someone bring me that shit
Whats the fucking situation
We living in a new Society
Yeah people be different nowadays
All of the rules are broken
Coz we all nothing but issues
Living in this modern situation
We living in a new Society
Yeah people all be acting the same
We all addicted to chat right now
But we all got nothing to say
We living in a new Society
Yeah people be different nowadays
All of the rules are broken
Coz we all nothing but issues
Living in this modern situation
We living in a new Society
Yeah people all be acting the same
Can somebody bring me some real

Coz I'm getting sick of all of this fake
Yeah straight up

Overall Meaning

The song "Society" by D.I.M.H. is a rebellion against society's expectations and the system that controls and manipulates people into being nothing more than mere cattle. The lyrics suggest that people are just numbers to the system, and are sent off to die in battles they don't really understand. The verses describe the dehumanization of soldiers as they are loaded into trains like livestock and sent off to die in meaningless wars. This is further emphasized with the line, "Never really knowing why." The chorus emphasizes the point of the song, which is the rejection of society and the system that controls it. The singer doesn't want to be part of society, stating that it can have him, and prefers to be an individual.

The song seems to criticize the societal norms that expect individuals to conform to the system, represented here by the military. It also portrays the horrors of war and the system's disregard for human life as they send young men and women to fight battles without understanding the reason behind them. The lyrics "Never really knowing why," and "No time to evacuate, they'll call our moms," highlight the callous nature of the system that sees people as disposable assets.
