Well, since you mentioned State, maybe you are in the US, this case is in the UK? Different Judicial systems aside, which is the more sickening, the overkill of the US 'justice' system on young males or the leniency of the UK system? Also, to be clear, even in the US, depending on how the trial proceeds this is still murder in the second degree at worst, possibly even in the third degree, since it is clear they had no intention of killing her, but in hitting her didn't quite recognize she is a child at that second. I hate to say it this way, it is obvious she cares about her kid but, you know, these young parents these days, little rageaholics. I am sure after she has these angry outburst she does the whole apology routine as in the video the child seems happy and isn't the least afraid of her mother suggesting the majority of the time, her mother is affectionate towards her. But it is a terrible thing. As a person in the medical profession, we have said time and time again young mothers must have COUNSELLING in these modern times to ensure they can continue to care for the kids. This stuff happens more often than you think. Not the killing. The beatings that could near kill a child. They are quite common, but go uncaught because most kids don't die from them.

Got xrays from the doc recently because my shoulder kept hurting and it turns out my collar bone got broken when I was a kid and never properly healed. I was physically abused as a small child and honestly I dont even remember that part happening. I remember being hit with things and punched in the stomach but apparently I blocked out the broken collar bone. I wish parents would stop and think of things like that when theyre angry. Just read the news article. They were beating her the way a full grown man gets jumped in an alley way. She had damage to her sternum, ribs, and abdominal area. They said her injuried were like that of a child being hit by a car going 40 mph. All because they out her to bed at 7pm (too early for any child) just so the mom and boyfriend could have sex, and lost their tempers when Kaylee didnt want to sleep. The CCTV footage is so telling. As a parent myself, I noticed straight away that she was walking ahead of her daughter, even while exiting an elevator. Any good parent knows that you always FOLLOW BEHIND your child/ren or hold their hand. With the child trailing behind, they can be snatched away, they could wander off, and especially while going in/out of doors or elevators, you could easily get separated if you can’t see the child. She seemed so bothered by her daughter’s existence, and the way she was checking herself out in the elevator mirror was just so chilling. Poor baby. I can’t believe they evaded murder charges, especially with the prior text messages. At least their reputations will never be respected again, I guess that’s something. 💔

I just pray she doesnt get to convince another man to have a baby with her/ get to have another child ever again... I also hope she never gets to see her son for the rest of her life.. This was the most disgusting, henious, heartbreaking footage I've ever seen.. Any sane person would know. I had to babysit my cousin a few times..and there are times i had to be outside with them, like the time at the hospital. My grandma (the one who babysat one of my cousin while the parents worked) had an appointment. She goes with my mom since she dont know where it is, and i would held my cousins hand when we went ti get drinks, because it takes a while, its hot, poor kids thirsty...and if hes tired or cant keep up or iverwhelmed i can easily pick him up...it wasnt the best babysitting, i dont have my own kid, then or now, and i was like 19..20..even then id have sense to held a child's hand
