He revels in chaos and destruction, proclaiming that he's "quite insane" and "out to wreck your weekend." Keithley sings with a manic energy, shouting "danger" and "I'm the dangerman" throughout the song.
The lyrics suggest that the dangerman is a rebel who refuses to be boxed in by society. He "never fit[s] the plan" and smashes and crashes wildly about, not caring about the consequences.
