The whiteman came and let his pain but the warrior lives again.
The pain inflicted by the white man on the natives cannot go unnoticed, but the natives will fight back to regain their power and dignity.


The pain and the sorrow, rose with the sun.
The natives' suffering began with the arrival of the white man and continued to grow each day.


Ending their dreams with a whip and a gun.
The white man took away the natives' dreams by using force and brutality.


Stripped of their rights and their dignity too bound to be slaves, ready for abuse.
The white man stripped the natives of their basic human rights, treating them as inferior beings, subjugated to slavery and exploitation.


To the reservations, the government sent fill up the prisons, until they repent.
The government forcefully relocated the native people to reservations and imprisoned them until they conformed to their way of life.


Now the land, that's all left will be taken back with another theft.
The white man will continue to steal and loot the remaining native land, further perpetuating their suffering.


They rise, they rise, they rise again.
The native people will continue to rise again, fighting against the oppression and violence inflicted upon them.


It's their time, their time, to live, live, live again.
It's time for the native people to reclaim their lives and their land, to live freely and on their own terms.
