D12 Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Man, did you see that ho with them big titties, nigga?

Ooh, that bitch was strapped

Everybody was tryna holla at that ho, man

Ayo nigga, what's going on fool?
What up my nigga?

Nothing man, yo, this is my girl right here Cindy right here
Cindy, this is Bizarre I was telling you about
(Hey, how you doing?)
That's my nigga
Yo, look I'm 'bout to run in the store and get some 40's and a couple blunts
Man, you why don't you go to the store with me

Alright, bet

Alright, bet, yo, I'll be back in a little bit nigga

Alright my nigga

So how long you been knowing Eminem

Eminem? Shit I don't know Eminem
I'm just in town for this little jazz festival and shit
You know, something on the side
Yo, can I get you some sparkling water and shit?
You want some water?

No, no, no thanks

Okay, how about some pig feet?

Nah, I'm straight, I'm ready to smoke
Damn, what's takin' the Kuniva so long?

No the fuck you didn't

Girl, chill out, that shit came from my soul
Fuck that shit you better out dead you know what I'm saying
And uh why don't you give me a little kiss though

A kiss? Kiss you where?

Alright I'ma tell you, I'ma tell you, I'ma tell you in your ear

On my booty

Overall Meaning

The lyrics to D12's song Bizarre depict a group of friends engaging in casual conversation while making a quick stop to buy drinks and cigarettes. They discuss a woman with large breasts, who is also armed. They then introduce themselves and their girlfriends, mentioning Eminem casually although they claim to not really know him. Bizarre offers his friend some food, which he declines. They then continue to wait for their friend and make crude sexual jokes and advances towards each other, leading to an uncomfortable situation for one of the girlfriends.

Despite the surface-level vulgarity and crassness of the lyrics, there is an underlying commentary on masculinity and toxic behavior. The constant objectification of women, the display of weapons, and the pressure to engage in sexual acts with each other all stem from societal norms of what it means to be a man. The uncomfortable moment with the girlfriend demonstrates how these behaviors can make people feel unsafe and uncomfortable, and the lyrics ultimately show the negative impact of toxic masculinity on both men and women.

As a 52 year old hip hop head, I must say this has old school flavor and it's mad fresh.πŸ˜‚β€

True πŸ˜€ I love it

@JackHammer69x100

I miss beats like this. Deep bass drum kicks with a hard snare in a regular pattern. A catchy melodic sample laid over the drums. Modern beats sound too thin and tinny with obnoxious hi hat repetitions. This sounds like it could have come right out of the 1990s.
