As the name may suggest, they were originally a six member band. Junhyeok (keyboard, vocals) departed in February 2016. Jae (lead guitar, vocals; also active as eaJ) departed the group on December 31st 2021.

Goodness. I've listened to many bands before, KPOP and non-KPOP ones, but DAY6 truly owns my heart. When MyDays say that the entire discography of DAY6 are only bops, they're really not lying. Their music is absolute treasure. Even their b-sides can become title tracks. I think, DAY6 deserves all appreciation and recognition for their talents. They're one of the treasures of KPOP. If vocalists needed a group to define it, I will definitely nominate DAY6 because they are that good.
