Dedication 2 (Gangsta Grillz) released in 2006 with heavily crunked out remixes of popular hits courtesy of Drama and lyrics provided by Wayne along with a slew of many of other rappers. The mixtape featured many artists that were currently signed to Waynes label, Young Money. Among them were Curren$y, Remy Ma, Freeway, Willie The Kid, Detroit Red, Juice, Mack Maine, Pharrell and Juelz Santana delivering raw intensity with phenomenal flow. Assisting Drama with production were Don Cannon, DJ Green Lantern, DJ Infamous, Swizz Beatz, Pimp C, and many more. Tom Breihan of The Village Voice proclaimed it the best summer album of 2006, praising DJ Drama's "impeccable beat selection". "SportsCenter" was complimented for its "free associating brain bursts." "Georgia... Bush" was also acclaimed for its "mesmerizing indictment" of President Bush.
Following up in the Dedication series yet again, Drama and Wayne release Dedication 3 (Gangsta Grillz) in 2008. Although Dedication 3 was a major success, it failed to match that of its predecessors but did gain some attention. The mixtape has sold over 70,000 copies in the United States, despite being available for free download. Besides the interludes, a majority of the mixtape has Wayne using auto-tune. Wayne continued to promote his own artists on this album. Returning MC's consisted of Willie the Kid and Mack Maine along with newcomers like Drake and Nicki Minaj. Returning producers included Don Cannon and Pimp C. Production was also assisted by newcomers like Soulja Boy and David Banner.
While both Drama and Wayne have continued their own respective careers, it has been said that Dedication 4 is in the works.

No We Don'T Run For The Olympics, But Tha Flame With Us
We Got That Tussin, That Scummy, And That Angel Dust,
So Pick Yo High I Will Supply And Correct Change Is What'S Up
We Come To Cussin, We Bussin Like This Thang For Us, You Niggaz Is Sleepas Mane,
You Can'T Hang With Us.
I Gotta Bitch Who Speak Spanglish,
She Keep Her Bangles Danglin And The Cocaine Is Right Up In Her Anus.
Got Hova In Tha Game, But Now He Coachin Me
But I Been A Champion, Happy As I Ever Been
Lampin In Tha Hamptons Like What Tha Fuck Is A Hammock?
The Chef Up In The Kitchen Like, What Tha Fuck Is A Sammich
I'M Like We Gotta Find Middle Ground, We Need Balance
Challenge Me, That Be To My Advantage, Im Outstandin
Like Standin Outside Up In A Twister And Walkin Not Damaged
Standin Outside Up In A Blizzard And Walkin High Handed
Servin Nickel Packs In Iraq, Bet I Will Not Panic
Swerve The Nickel Black, If I Wreck, Bet I Will Not Panic
Cop Anotha One The Next Day And Drive It Crazier
Seats I'Ll Be Lazier, Shit'Ll Be Gravier, Nina Serafina My Gurl So That I Baby Her
Wavin Her At Two Crazyl, Fugazees, I'M Too Brazey
3 Brazey'S Deep, We Got 380'S In P.A.
9'S, 9'S, M10'S, M1'S And 12 Gauges, Shell Cases, Money Put Up For Jail Cases, Bail Making
Ma Momma Say, Tuck Ya Chain Son, They'Ll Take It
I Hit Her Wit One O'Dem Stale Faces Lyk, I'Ll Be Damned Momma, They Know Who I Am Momma
I'M Still Ya Little Boi, But To Them I'M Tha Man Momma
Fuck Wit Ya Boi Mane, Holly Grove Tha Hood Nigga, Tho It In Ya Face Tell You Get Dat Understood
In "Momma Taught Me," DJ Drama and Lil Wayne deliver hard-hitting lyrics about their lifestyle, boasting about their money, drugs, and weapons. The first verse boasts about their drug supply, including cough syrup, marijuana, and angel dust, and challenges anyone to match their level of intoxication. They also establish their dominance over others, claiming that they are sleepers and cannot hang with them.
The second verse features Lil Wayne rapping about his success as a musician and how he outshines even Jay-Z, who is coaching him. He brags about his luxurious life, lounging in the Hamptons while scoffing at the notion of hammocks. He also references various dangerous situations, such as standing outside in a twister or blizzard, but claiming that he can handle them without being harmed.
The third verse features Lil Wayne spitting rapid-fire lines about his weaponry, including a variety of guns and shell casings, and money set aside for jail cases and bail making. He recounts his mother's advice to tuck his chain in for safety, but he brushes it off and claims his status as a man rather than a little boy. He ends the verse by telling listeners to "tho it in ya face" and make sure they understand his power and status.
Overall, the song paints a picture of Lil Wayne and DJ Drama's lavish and dangerous lifestyle, showcasing their money, drugs, and weapons while establishing their dominance over others.
