I remember hearing this song in a pizza parlor in 2002 and I went up to the counter and said "I'm curious about this music" and the guy said "would you like me to change it? The cook put it on" and I said"no no no. I love it. Who is it?" He got the cook to come out and showed me the CD jewel case with pride. That was the day I learned the names DJ Food and Ninja Tune.
@edtifa
Damn I would love to go to a Pizza Parlor with this song playing in the background. I am a big fan of Cartoon Network’s Toonami so I have heard this song in the Toonami Theatrical Trailer and the Toonami version of IGPX.

Better late than never....
@GenomulUman
I just love it when I go to places and discover great new music (new for me). I've often asked around about the music, sometimes trying all night not to forget the names.
@twatts1523
I first heard it on a promotional sample compilation or soundtrack CD in 1995. It was the best track, by far. Track 3, if I remember correctly.
@DidYaServe
My fav bassline ever. Made me fall in love with the instrument's sound.
@TheAaronetic
It's 2019 and this still sounds as great as when I first heard it on NBA Street. The memories!
@chrislang1976
I FOUND IT!!!! I´ve been searching for this bassline since 1998 seriously. BBC used it to a show back then and here is out of the blue. Briliant!!!!!!
@Karibanu
And another 10 years later bonus - it's also used in Bomb the Bass' Bug Powder Dust from 1994
