Wait for (...) muscle
Take a moment to gather and prepare yourself for what's to come, both mentally and physically, so that you can handle it with strength and determination.
Take a piece of metal
Find something strong and unyielding to hold onto and use as a tool, whether physical or metaphorical, to help you face whatever challenges lie ahead.
And grind it down
Work hard to refine and perfect your tool, honing it to a sharp edge that will allow you to cut through obstacles and difficulties with ease.
Sharpen up, sharpen up
The message is repeated to emphasize the importance of being crystal clear on your goals and objectives, and taking the time to make sure you are completely prepared to tackle them head-on.
Let's get scrapin'
It's time to buckle down and get to work, using all of the tools and preparation you have gathered to clear away the challenges in front of you and make progress towards your goals.
Rust on the track
The track being referred to is likely a metaphor for the path towards success, and the rust is the obstacles and challenges that have built up along the way, slowing progress and making it difficult to gain traction.
Take it back
The phrase is a call to action, urging the listener to take control of their journey and clear away the obstacles in their way so that they can continue moving forward towards success.
Clean it off
Get rid of anything extraneous or unnecessary in your life and focus solely on the path towards achieving your goals, stripping away any rust or obstacles that may be holding you back.
Step by step
Success is achieved through taking things one step at a time, focusing on each individual task in turn and making progress towards your ultimate goal through incremental improvement and perseverance.
Day by day
The key to success is consistency, and a commitment to making progress day in and day out, even when progress may seem slow or the road ahead seems difficult.
Night by night
Success often requires long hours and late nights of hard work and dedication, as well as the ability to be patient and persevere even when the end seems very far away.
