This song means too much! The fact it came out in 2016, when the summer was warm and happy and there was not a single worry, I was roughly around 12/13 and the love me and my bestfriend had for this song was religious. The fact that the whole of 2016 was a vibe, just enjoying life just flow by so young with the warm summers, adventures and holding onto the last bit of innocence I had, when this song came out it always held the vibe that me and my bestfriend were ruthless but in reality we actually wasnt, it was something so small, the vibe of freshly being in secondary school and this would always be on somebody's playlist and that it holds so many memories in just one 3 minute song. 4 years down the line when I met the love of my life, hearing this song play in his car speakers on his burned CD was so nostalgic, I screamed in so much happiness, as much as this song lifted me with such joy and even more joyful to hear that it had always been his favourite song too, right there I knew we was soul mates and when this song comes onto this day, we do not hold back! I was playing this song on my headphones the night my grandfather died. when my mother woke me up at the middle of the night to tell me that my grandfather is dead, this song is till playing (I have it on repeat.) and I cried so much that I forgot my headphones is still plug at my ears. Now everytime I hear just a glimpse of this song I cannot stop thinking about him. What sad is that before he died he still had a lot of energy and strength, he still makes us happy. In our country 70+ years old is still relatively young. Its been 5 years since he died and its still a mystery his cause of death. Doctors said he OD'd from his medicine.
