Daemonia Nymphe uses authentic instruments, including lyre, varvitos, krotala, pandoura and double flute, which are made by the Greek master Nicholas Brass. Their shows are very theatrical, with members wearing masks and ancient dresses. Their lyrics are drawn from Orphic and Homeric hymns and Sappho's poems for Zeus and Hekate.
Daemonia Nymphe have composed music for many documentaries among which the documentary “Treasures of Athens and Olympia” for the British Channel Five in Summer of 2004. In 2005 they toured Greece with the support of the Greek ministry of Culture.

Культовая греческая группа по праву носит звания "лучшей нео фолк группы из Греции" или "греческой Ataraxia".
Говорит Spyros Giasafakis (Daemonia Nymphe): "
The song "Dance of the Satyrs" by Daemonia Nymphe is a hauntingly beautiful piece of music that blends traditional Greek instruments with an electronic sound. The lyrics of the song are not in any specific language, but rather consist of a series of guttural sounds and chants that create an otherworldly atmosphere. The primary focus of the song is the sound of the instruments, which include the lyre, aulos, and pandoura, all of which are traditional Greek instruments that have been used for centuries.
The "Dance of the Satyrs" is a reference to the mythological creatures known as satyrs, which were half-man, half-goat creatures that were known for their wild and hedonistic ways. The music of the song evokes this sense of wildness and abandon, as the instruments meld together in a hypnotic and almost trance-inducing way.
Overall, the song is a perfect example of the unique and captivating musical style of Daemonia Nymphe, which combines ancient Greek mythology and instruments with modern electronic sounds to create something truly unique and beautiful.
