Just had a mad urge to tell somebody " I used to own that record ! " - and I don't mean the album, I mean the record which is used as the solo starting at 3 mins 45. Alan's sister got a job as a receptionist in an opticians, and they sent a record to introduce her to the company - a chain of opticians. He gave me the record in the early 80s. I gave it to Russell. I have heard this track a few thousand times, every time the guy says " Congratulations, you got the job ! " I feel like I'm going to die ...................

Very intersting! I just love this track. It is wonderfully angular with exciting arrangements.
