The Dance Hall Crashers recorded a few songs during their first year (these are featured on The Old Record), and in 1990, they made their most notable lineup change, adding second vocalist Karina Denike. Soon after, the band members parted ways, but they played a reunion show in 1992 due to pressure from fans. The show met with great fanfare, and so the band decided to reunite on a more permanent basis, with Rogers and Denike on vocals, Hammon on lead guitar, his brother Gavin on drums, Scott Goodell on second guitar, and Mikey Weiss on bass. The Dance Hall Crashers song "Enough" was featured on the soundtrack for Angus (1995 film). The song "Don't Wanna Behave" was featured in the 1996 film "Biodome" as well.
As of August 2005, the band members lead separate lives but still play a few shows per year. In November 2004 they played and recorded a show at the Hollywood House of Blues; the concert was released by Kung Fu Records in September 2005 as part of the popular The Show Must Go Off DVD series.

What took you, what took you so long
I'd just about given up on this
Oh yeah, oh yeah don't you wish
That you could go and forget about me
But that, but that'd be too easy
Don't you know that you're all mine
Mine until, 'til the end of time
Because now I've got you and I'm never gonna let you go
You can try to run just remember that I told you so
I look at you and I see myself
Oh boy, boy do you need help
Cause your mind's as twisted as mine
Never thought, never thought I'd find
Any man that could get me to bite
At least every, at least every night
So I'm afraid you're stuck with me
Hope that makes you, hope that makes you happy
Because now I've got you and I'm never gonna let you go
You can try to run just remember that I told you so
You're the one I've been waiting on
What took you, what took you so long
I'd just about given up on this
Oh yeah, oh yeah don't you wish
That you could go and forget about me
But that, but that'd be too easy
Don't you know that you're all mine
Mine until, 'til the end of
Mine until the end of time
Because now I've got you and I'm never gonna let you go
You can try to run just remember that I told you so
Gonna keep you, gonna keep you for myself
Gonna keep you, gonna keep you for myself
Never letting you go
In Dance Hall Crashers's song All Mine, the singer sings to a partner who they've been waiting for their whole life. The lyrics reveal an obsessive and possessive nature, with lines like "I'm never gonna let you go" and "You're all mine, mine until the end of time." The singer acknowledges their own insecurities and twisted mind, admitting that the partner may need help. However, they also express a sense of pride and accomplishment in finding someone who can keep up with them and keep them interested. Overall, the song paints a picture of a dysfunctional but intense relationship, where both parties are trapped in an endless cycle of obsession and dependence.
One interesting fact about All Mine is that it was released on the album Lockjaw, which was produced by Tim Armstrong of Rancid. This helped bring the band more attention in the punk and ska scenes. Another fun fact is that the album cover features a picture of a Padlock, in reference to the title of the album. The song itself features a fast-paced ska rhythm, which is typical of Dance Hall Crashers's style. All Mine was also featured in the 1996 film The Associate, starring Whoopi Goldberg. The band has been inactive since 2004, but their music continues to be popular among fans of ska and punk.

You're the one I've been waiting on
You are the person I have been waiting for
What took you, what took you so long
Why did it take you so much time to arrive
I'd just about given up on this
I had almost lost hope about it
Oh yeah, oh yeah don't you wish
Are you wishing that
That you could go and forget about me
You could just leave and forget me
But that, but that'd be too easy
But that would be a convenient way out for you
Don't you know that you're all mine
Do you understand that you belong only to me
Mine until, 'til the end of time
And you will stay that way until the end of time
Because now I've got you and I'm never gonna let you go
Now I have you and I will never let you go
You can try to run just remember that I told you so
You can try to escape, but remember I warned you
I look at you and I see myself
When I look at you, I see myself
Oh boy, boy do you need help
You need help, boy
Cause your mind's as twisted as mine
Because your mind is as twisted as mine
Never thought, never thought I'd find
I never thought I would find
Any man that could get me to bite
Any man who could make me show interest
At least every, at least every night
At least once every night
So I'm afraid you're stuck with me
So you are trapped with me
Hope that makes you, hope that makes you happy
I hope that makes you happy
Gonna keep you, gonna keep you for myself
I will keep you for myself
Never letting you go
I will never let you go

When I listen to it, it makes me sad in a good way. It makes me think it's being sung to a terminally ill child.
"Why are you worried about the dirt? I don't think that you'll mind. When it's your time." And the "promise I'll wait a while. To make sure that you've moved on." If it's a lullaby, it's scary. Ha. I thought maybe it was her singing to her grandma on her deathbed, too. Makes more sense I guess.
