In contrast to the previous descriptions, I believe that love is like a beautiful and delicate flower.

It's a heart afraid of breaking
Love can make one feel apprehensive, cautious, and fearful of the possibility of being hurt.

That never learns to dance
It can prevent one from experiencing the joys of life, unable to loosen up and enjoy the blissful moments.

It's a dream afraid of waking
Love can make one so happy that it feels unreal and as if its momentary; like a dream that one fears to wake up from.

That never takes the chance.
But if you let your fear prevail, you miss the opportunities of taking risks and experiencing great things in life, such as love.

It's the one who won't be taken
Some people have such an independent spirit that they cannot accept the vulnerability that love requires.

Who can not seem to give
For some, rejecting love is a power play, a way to maintain control of their lives and emotions.

And the soul afraid of dying
The fear of losing the core essence that we are, can prevent us from exposing ourselves to the thrill of being in love.

That never learns to live.
But if we don't let go of our fears, we fail to fully live, constantly locked in our personal struggles.

When the night has been too lonely
In those moments where darkness consumption us, and there's profound loneliness, we can easily lose hope.

And the road has been too long
If the journey has been too arduous, and we feel like losing strength, it can be hard to remain optimistic.

And you think that love is only for the lucky and the strong.
In these moments, it's easy to believe that love is a fairytale that only some of us get to experience.

Just remember in the winter
However, we must bear in mind that life has seasons, and even the darkest winter doesn't last forever.

Far beneath the bitter snows
Love may be dormant during moments where everything seems to be withered and unexciting.

Lies the seed that with the sun's love
However, love remains present even when we can't feel it; it's just waiting for the perfect moment to grow.

In spring becomes the rose...
And when it does bloom, it will be an illustrious and beautiful experience that was worth the wait.
