So Fine
Daniel Wesley Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Thinking all the ways to make you mine.
Going all the way, anyway, everyday.
You know I do.
You make me go...
You're so fine.
Trying every way to make you mine,
You know I do.
You make me go...
Doodoodoodoo...
You're so fine.
Thinking all the ways to make you mine.
All the way, anyway, everyday.
You know I do.
You make me go...
You make me know...
You make me go...
The song "So Fine" by Daniel Wesley is about a man's infatuation with a woman. He thinks about her all the time and is willing to do anything to be with her. The repeated line "You're so fine" emphasizes his admiration and attraction to her. He expresses his determination to pursue her by saying he's willing to go "all the way, anyway, everyday." The word "way" can be interpreted as both a physical and emotional journey to win her heart.
The "doodoodoodoo" seems to represent the singer's inability to express himself beyond words. He is so besotted with her that he cannot articulate his feelings beyond a simple sound. The repetition of "You make me go" signifies how much of an effect the woman has on him. He is driven to pursue her and is constantly thinking about ways to win her over.
Overall, the song captures the intense and consuming feeling of infatuation, where the person becomes the center of one's thoughts and actions.
