Her low-key version of Gnarls Barkley's "Crazy" went viral in 2014, as did her acoustic cover of Edith Piaf's "La Vie en Rose". Puddles

Maybe I can walk on water
Tears really make it better
Hit me with the dash and combo
Sometimes heart heavy, sorrow
But the game still cuts like summer
Us under trees like butter
Spread out knees, new colours
Think of how you said my name
Think of how we both said grace
Followed you down the stairs
Think of where you put your face
Skirt so round like petals
Jeans too tight like metal
Baby so good with the tempo
And you woke up my vessel
Saying watch me dance around them puddles
Maybe I can walk on water
Tears really make it better
Hit me with the dash and combo
Sometimes heart heavy, sorrow
But the game still cuts like summer
Us under trees like butter
Spread out knees, new colours
In the lyrics of "Puddles" by Daniela Andrade, the singer talks about different emotions and experiences that she has gone through. She mentions dancing around puddles, which could be a metaphor for enjoying the little things in life and not getting bogged down by problems. She wonders if she can walk on water, which shows her inner strength and confidence. The singer also mentions tears making things better, implying that sometimes it's okay to cry and release pent-up emotions.
The next few lines of the song talk about heartbreak and how it feels heavy and sorrowful. However, the game still cuts like summer, which may imply that even though things are tough, life still goes on. The singer then talks about someone she has been with under trees, which could be a romantic memory. They were like butter, which connotes how well they got along. They spread out knees and saw new colours, which could symbolize finding new experiences together.
Later in the song, the singer describes her lover's outfit, how her skirt is so round like petals and jeans too tight like metal. This description seems to imply attraction and admiration for her lover's style. She compliments how good they are with the tempo and how they woke up her vessel or her inner self. The chorus repeats the lines about dancing around puddles, walking on water, and tears making things better. These lines are a mantra for the singer to keep going and not lose hope.

there’s a certain feel to all her projects, a calmness that Shore, Genesis, Polly Pocket, Tamale and this have. so relaxed
