Danny was born in March 4th, 1990 in Beverly, England and raised in a village called Gilberdyke. He met Ben Bruce in Nottingham, England and created what is now Asking Alexandria.

In "Savior," Danny Worsnop sings about feeling lost and alone before finding salvation in someone else. The first verse talks about hitting rock bottom - slipping, falling, and laying on the ground. The only thing he finds is his own reflection, which floats away. This could be interpreted as feeling disconnected from himself and the world around him.
However, in the chorus, Worsnop expresses gratitude for the person who pulled him out of this dark place. He sings about feeling more alive than ever before, with a deeper breath and a newfound appreciation for life. He feels that he has found his heart again and that it is now safe in the hands of this person who has saved him.
