I love this track! ...produced by the late Phil Spector... Some say Darlene is singing with her sister Edna Wright, amazing vocal track......love the piano, with that triplet thing ( Leon Russel and/or Don Randi ) ...my man Hal Blaine on drums ( with his signature quarter note triplets right at the fade )...the sax soli...everything!...The whole thing just moves along brightly and happily!...Thanks Phil!

The lead singer of the Crystals on all their hits. He's A Rebel, Da Doo Ron Ron, etc. What a voice. Add the Wrecking Crew and you have an LA Classic.

I was 16 in 1963 when this was a hit that summer. It was in my head, I loved the two note riff behind the main lyrics. Always thought that was perfect.
Phil Spector’s doin time now. Darlene Love is wonderful.
