Overall Meaning

In the opening lines of Dasutt's song, "만 Mong," the artist describes walking along a path that someone else had walked before him. He stumbled and fell, injured himself badly and was unable to get up. As Dasutt remains seated and unable to move, he is approached by an unknown person who asks him about the place in front of them. To Dasutt's knowledge, this is also an unexplored area, and he does not know how to answer the person's question. Unable to make a decision, Dasutt finds himself sinking further into despair with no hope or direction.

The second verse explains Dasutt’s frustrations with things he does not want to do, and as a result, he is becoming insane. Dasutt had no meaningful accomplishments as he remains seated, in the same position, and without any progress in his life. Despite the difficulties, he continues to strive to be productive and work towards achieving his goals, trying to manage his situation and escape from his struggles. The artist is aware that he must isolate himself to get out of this hopelessness and strives to find a way to make his own path and escape.
