yea the Romeo and Juliet law was definitely something he looked up himself before hand and was hoping it would work in his favor but her knew, he knew the state he was in and he knew the 4-5 year gap did not apply to his situation. I genuinely hope he does a complete 180, possibly deletes all socials and focuses on himself. Not to just "go ghost" but to at least perform some kind of physical action/manifestation to prove in real life he wants the future he dreams for instead of falling into the depraved state of mind that he just so happens to harbor inside. I hope when he mentioned therapy he was actually telling the truth. That guy's got a real chance at redemption, being young and stupid can change the trajectory of your life in a heartbeat

When I was 13 and my sister was 7, we were walking around the neighborhood selling Girl Scout cookies. This was the 90s and we lived on a closed street so my mother didn’t come with us. At one house I met a 19 year old man who answered the door. He started to talk to me asking my age. I was happy at first feeling like I was grown up. The 19 yr old has exited the house to get closer to us and his friend around the same age looks out thd window at us and says “she’s just a kid man omg!” But then left. I thought I’m not a kid! It was my first kiss.. stollen by some random 19 yr old I didn’t even know or like that way. No one ever said anything. I doubt my sister remembers. I felt to sick to my stomach after. I also so peculiarly felt as if everyone knew. That at any moment I was going to get in trouble. I never knew what happened with that guy. I’m 39 now and it still upsets me. And had my mother knew, I probably would’ve gotten in trouble, even though it wasn’t my fault. She’s from “that generation”

I’m thankful you’re doing this. I’ve been the victim of a couple predators, one of them being a close friend. By giving this man a long talk, out in public, making him confront his actions, making him uncomfortable, you are essentially ensuring that he’ll never do it again. I don't understand how children my age end up actually following with this. The only reason I probably know better is because I've been on the internet since I was two so internet safety is engraved in the back of my head. I often watch these videos. Some things these predators say can really mess with your head if you're not careful or are already in a bad mental state. A thing that can also happen is if you don't have a good relationship with your family and they catch on. Well, it's so problematic, it's so easy to fall so deep in this and so hard to get out. Image the mind of the child afterwards. Trust issues and so much more I can't think of right now. You're doing God's work, thanks for helping get rid of these people!
