Beyond the Stars
David Whitfield Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Beyond the stars that shine above
We'll meet again my own, my love
And there for all eternity
We'll be together you and me
Beyond the stars with you alone
We'll find that love we've always known
And all our heartaches will be past
When you are mine, all mine at last
Though we must say goodbye
Don't cry, my love, don't cry
But when the pain's too hard to bear
Remember darling I'll be there
To hold your hand and be your friend
Beyond the stars at journey's end.

(Musical Break)

But when the pain's too hard to bear
Remember darling I'll be there

To hold your hand and be your friend
Beyond the stars at journey's end.
