On this day, we call the fourth day, it's where music becomes the right thing. The name Day/Four derives from a three day church getaway where they teach you right from wrong and on the fourth day is your test to see if can apply to your life what you learned. Day/Four feels that music is the right thing. From the very beginning Day/Four has been on a rampage to make an impact on the music scene. Three short months after forming, Day/Four released a 4-track demo in January 2011 amplifying Masoniq's (vocals) powerful and eclectic lyrics, Andres' (musician) energetic and edgy instrumentals they have created a style that stands out amongst the redundancy of today's fusion artists. Day/Four's sound is unique in the usage of genres to create a new genre, Fusion. With influences like Linkin Park, Staind, Metallica, Outkast, Method Man, and Chali 2na, the wide range of influential musical genius is implemented into the creativity Day/Four has shown in their music. Thrust Magazine says Day/Four is “Polished and better than most comparable acts”. Placement on internet radio such as www.wflpradio.net and on local stations 96.1 SF Pirate Radio has created a frenzy over their unique sound .
