1. Dead Flowers are an Alternative-rock-pop band from Auckland, New Zealand that released material through Wildside records in the 90's.
Dead Flowers were signed by Wildside records in 1992, they released their first single 'Lisa' which reached 27 on the New Zealand charts. Later in the year they released their debut album 'Skin of A Stone' which was recorded at Phil Rudd's (AC/DC) recording studio in Tauranga, NZ. In December '93 they released their second album 'Sweetfish'. Their third and final album was a self titled album that was released early 1998.
2. Now defunct, Dead Flowers were for many years Newcastle's kings of acid rock. Their career began inauspiciously enough with the privately pressed TV single which, to be honest, was not especially good, consisting of two grungey hard rock tracks with little hint of the psychedelic mayhem to come.
After four years of local obscurity, they were picked up by Brian Sutton's Mystic Stones label for one of its earlier releases. The resultant album Smell The Fragrance does not capture the band at their best by any means. It contained plenty of good songs - Absolution, Crackdown and the drug anthem Piece Of Sky - but one had to ask "Where's the psychedelia?". The band sounded at this time like an updated, druggy Black Sabbath or an English Monster Magnet. If the idea sounds tempting, then go for it, but there was better to come. The track Crackdown also appeared on the Underground Newcastle compilation in an exclusive "grunge" mix.
1992's Moontan is something of an acid rock classic. It opens with the storming Chocolate Staircase which uses the riff from Pink Floyd's Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun A powerfully contrasting track follows in the spacey, almost ambient, Spiral Eye before the band turn the amps up to eleven again for Filling In Time. The heavy riffing of Thought World brings side one to a close. Side two begins with another near ambient track Gaia's Love Hole which despite the awful title is an awesomely beautiful piece of music; the word "ambient" should hold no negative connotations here: this is layers of liquid guitar and brushed cymbals with pulsating bass, and delicate flute (provided by Teapot from Cheops). There follows three tracks more in the heavy, doom-laden style of their first LP. Moontan is strongly recommended. A different version of Chocolate Staircase also appeared on the Delerium compilation Fun With Mushrooms which brought the band to the attention of a wider audience.
Moontan had turned Dead Flowers into one of the hottest properties on the psychedelic scene, and Delerium scooped them for their third LP Altered State Circus which was recorded at Dave Anderson's Foel studios. This contains all the elements which made Moontan so indispensable, but there was a noticeable improvement in the production and musicianship (not that it was bad before by any means). The music was even druggier than previously and the sleeve artwork amongst the most spectacularly psychedelic ever. The music showed the band developing the ambient textures of the previous album in six slow burning, extended tracks. Highlights are The Elephant's Eye Was Eerie (eh?), the title track Altered State Circus and Slouch Factor 9. The only half way weak track was Free the Weed a rather unfocused protest song. The CD contained an extra track, the excellent thirteen minute Vodafone In Oz. Although not an improvement on Moontan the band had instead tried a slightly different musical direction and the album is recommended. The deeply laid back Warmth Within (Chemical Binoculars) was featured on the Pick 'n' Mix Delerium sampler album.
The band split following the release of Altered State Circus. Steev Swayambhunath branched out into ambient dance music, forming a band called Cubic Space Collective. (Chris Williams)

Conclusion Dorothy Eady was somehow influenced powerfully by an entity that would give her all this wisdom, knowledge, special abilities, and secrets. Now, nobody else knew if the entity was good or evil? That is a question that I don't know?
Now, As for the story of what happened with this woman, I believe what occurred to her is that she what's not reincarnated; this is what happened when she was in the trance state; she got controlled/influenced by a spirit that would give her the knowledge and the details. I'm a firm believer 100%.
But what I know is my intuition;
I believe in God. I firmly believe that we live in a physical world. Still, it's just a reflection of the spiritual world; the spiritual world is our mother world everything that is manifested physically first has to be secure in the spiritual world. With all the inventions, all the knowledge, all this science, and all the advancements in technology, some individuals get revelations, and some get influenced by spirits. I also think that there are evil forces at work here on the earth, and we see evidence in the behavior of humans.
I am almost finishing my bachelor's degree in communication science, and you are an excellent communicator. You take me, and I'm sure everyone else, through every single emotion when you describe the details of your stories. I read that on your store page. If you ever need to hire a scriptwriter, here I am. I'm ready to submit any credentials and anything that you will need.
Now I don't wanna deviate from the topic, and I don't wanna research Harry Potter and see if it's true or not. What was happening to her? I don't know if you're familiar with the story of the lady who wrote the Harry Potter books I heard (not from a reliable source ), but this is what I've heard that J.K. Rowlings would get in a trance state. She will start writing all these books on how she will come up with every detail.
We as humans have a single problem called pride and ego, and I'm not going to overgeneralize. Still, for the most part, we don't like to give credit to nobody but ourselves for everything. My point is there is more. We are not alone on planet earth; we have angels that protect us involved in our daily duties, and honestly, to be alive on planet earth for one day is a miracle, given the Hazards we face.
Since there are dark forces at work here on planet earth, God's good forces are at work protecting human beings.
That is my theory and gut feeling.

Wow! I've never thought about that. I personally do have a tendency to believe that reincarnation is altogether possible. There are many documented cases that cannot be explained of children who remember their past life and now with the internet many of those stories can be verified. This isn't wishful thinking on my part because coming back here scares me. I do NOT want to come back here. 😫

In statement analysis or diagnosis this can be assigned to age if a boy is 9-15… but when it occurs later stages in life it’s revealing. You are the namesake. You are his namesake…

@David Meigs im sure many have pointed out but so many comments SS numbers/cards 1936 assigned by employers to get record of work. Or obtained by individuals for same reason.. so 1880 1936 if got card as soon as available he wld be 56 and working … hmmm doubtful.. how did you locate ss# to begin with those are not publicized due to fraud crimes. Also if you were named after your father then you are 2nd or Jr.. was this person? That is legally recorded.. if not he shares a name w your father not you. I found it interesting how you dismissed your parents making you namesake.. many peep have same names .. I would put money that everyone no matter how odd has another w same name. They did not make you a name sake .. your dad did. You have a similar name and your dad has the exact same name. You also change the timeline within your speech which is odd.. you and your father have his or share a name he never has your name.., he had the name. And if you know so many details That you see yourself taking the same road then you must know what date he died. If you are choosing the same course ….

I completely believe this but it does show how destructive this past lifes knowledge was on this girl. I believe that the fall downstairs probably unlocked part of her mind that is not yet understood. It's so sad that she became so consumed by her past and it ended up ruling her present life to such a great extent.

That is one of the reasons most of us don't remember our past. In Eastern culture we're we believe in reincarnation we are not encouraged to remember the past.

I love this. and I believe it. I'm from Sweden and my mother, who was in her 50s told me she'd begun to have a reoccurring dream where she lives in a viking village. It's the same dream every time. She is in a primitive kitchen cooking and on the floor on a hide there's a baby sleeping. Nothing really happens in this dream, it's just that moment in that kitchen and she feels happy and content. She told me several times, laughing, "it feels like I've lived another life". Fast forward 15 plus years. She is a pensioner and goes off on a three day trip with friends, a sightseeing trip up north. One of their goals is to visit an actual excavated viking village. It was located quite a distance from the road so they travelled the last bit on a horse tram. She hadn't really thought of her dream until sitting in that carriage, but as they are about to go over the last hill she had a really strong reaction. She knew what it would look like even before she saw it. She couldn't speak, she just started crying.
She found her kitchen, she knew where things were, and she felt happy.
We talked about this many times, and she was just as baffled as I was. Baffled but happy.
