Vicious lies are trying to bring me down
don't listen to what they say - just turn away!
It's just aphase that's what you say
It won't last or did I prove you wrong
It's all said to fuel the fire - a bunch of lies!
I'M COMING BACK FOR MORE [x2]
Rumours accusations all coming at me
Vicious lies are trying to bring me down
don't listen to what they say - just turn away!
YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE LAST OF ME
I'M COMING BACK FOR MORE [x2]
The lyrics to Deadline's song "Back for More" speak of the singer being targeted by rumors and accusations. It is revealed that these vicious lies are meant to bring the singer down, yet they remain unfazed. They urge listeners to turn away from the lies and not listen to what others say.
The singer then addresses someone who said that it is just a phase and it won't last, but they have proven them wrong. The lies that are being spread are meant to fuel the fire, but the singer is not going to be brought down. In fact, they are coming back for more.
The lyrics suggest that the singer has faced adversity and people trying to bring them down, but they remain strong and resilient. The addition of the repeated line "I'm coming back for more" emphasizes the fact that the singer is not going to be defeated by these rumors and accusations. The song serves as a message of strength and perseverance in the face of adversity.
