Despelléjame tus dudas, a ver si puedo disparar.

The lyrics to Dermis Tatu's "Sordera" are a poignant reflection on the power of words and the pain they can cause. The opening line "Mis oídos son tuyos" (My ears are yours) sets the stage for a conversation between two individuals, one of whom is referred to as the "hombre del susurro" (man of the whisper). The singer implores the man to be careful with his words and not prolong any unpleasant ones. This suggests a history of pain or trauma caused by the man's words.
The next verse describes the meeting of the two individuals, and the cautious conversation they shared while "refugiados en la pena" (taking refuge in sorrow). The line "creo que tenía sordera" (I think I had deafness) is particularly poignant, as it implies that the pain and trauma caused by the man's words had already begun to take a toll on the singer's ability to hear.
The chorus returns to the theme of deception and the struggle to hear and communicate clearly. The line "Mentimos todos, voy a ensordecer" (We all lie, I'm going to become deaf) suggests a resignation to the fact that lies and hurtful words are a part of life, and that eventually, they will take a toll on the singer's ability to hear and communicate honestly.
Overall, "Sordera" is a powerful meditation on the impact of language on our lives, and the need to be careful with our words if we hope to build meaningful connections with others.
