The first album "Future Prophecies" was released in 2004 on Out of Line Records (a German label) and featured a variety of different ebm and electro styles and was met with generally good reviews. In 2007 the latest album "Loudspeaker" was released on Scanner (Europe) and COP International (United States).
Following the release of "Loudspeaker", Destroid have embarked on a tour of Europe and the United States.

The lyrics to Destroid’s “Run and Hide” are quite haunting and can speak to a sense of fear and desperation that someone may feel in the face of adversity. The singer is declaring that they are going to “run and hide” and “disappear” because they are so close to “falling apart” that they need to escape the situation they are in. Perhaps they feel overwhelmed or overburdened by something in their life and they need to retreat and regroup before they can face it again.
In the second verse, the lyrics take on a more personal tone. The singer speaks of seeing someone’s face and smelling their scent, as if this person is a source of comfort for them. But even in the presence of this person, the singer knows that they are still on the brink of falling apart.
