Devine is an American Hard Rock band out of Maryland, PA, and Ohio, spearhe… Read Full Bio ↴Devine is an American Hard Rock band out of Maryland, PA, and Ohio, spearheading what they refer to as “Swag Metal,” Blending elements of Hard Rock Melodies and the adrenaline of Heavy Metal chaos. This band strives to maintain a swagger within their songs, providing the perfect soundtrack for those that lead the march in dominance around every good pit! In 2009 the band released the first single “Built To Win” featuring Hip Hop styling’s from guest member Shawn Nize. The first full length album “14 Steps To Stone” was released by 556 and Mohawk studios January 2011, featuring the songs Pain, We Fail, and the title track. A behind the scenes video titled “Lights out” was released shortly after highlighting some of the performances and personalities, along with the bands own mini Horror Film titled “Pain”, and a the Video “We Fail” taking aim at the state of American Politics today.

Like all growing bands Devine set out to raise the bar for their next album, and made the difficult decision to replace the female side of their dueling vocalist’s adding a stronger melodic voice and a new level of song composition.

Its Core members; Drummer Chris Cahill, guitarist Tony Kordish and Bassists Shawn Daley, along with veteran Cory Simo and the newest member Kelsie Beaudoin have already begun work on the new album “Don’t Look Back” due out in early 2012. This album promises to satisfy the existing fans, while bringing a more mature element to that will surely compel a new larger following.
