He did! Rowan Robertson was only a teen, but shredded like he was a veteran! I don't think so much underrated, as less mainstream of a name. There a A LOT of people who worship him as a metal god! Between Rainbow, Heaven And Hell (my favorite Sabbath album-sounded a lot more evil than Ozzy era) and his own stuff, he has proven himself over and over! Loved it when he got all the metal musicians together for Hear 'N Aid-Stars! Friggin' awesome song and a lot of big names in metal, all for a good cause! Check it out!

His sales were still down from Dream Evil and there was an idea that Dio (the band) was sort of a dinosaur thing, even in metal (nevermind grunge and 90s alt rock and yadda yadda "replacing" even the more modern kinds of metal for mass audiences). It's just fashion, what Dio was doing was in fashion once and then it went out of fashion. This album's really good though despite being semi-forgotten.
