This thing is a god send. I just made 100 kratom pills in about 40 mins (first time, will get much faster once I get the routine down). I only lost a tiny amount of powder, it’s kratom so a bit of fine dust is negligible.

Anyways, I just took my dose and didn’t taste a thing, which is great, because I just couldn’t stomach kratom any other way.....it tastes foul....but in pill form, tastes like nothing.

The 00 is the perfect size for me as well,they go down so easy.

Sounds like user error. If you use the right sized capsule and follow directions EXACTLY nothing can possibly fallout. I just used this for the 1st time today and never had a single capsule fall out

how can you be sure that the capsules wont go in the holes backwards when you shake them to make them fall into the holes?

I'm contemplating buying this product, but I want to make sure it works exactly as advertised first.

I most times have to add 5-10 and flip 5-6. Not too bad, only takes 20 secs to correct

On a good day about 80% of them I would say fall into place. it has to do with the way the holes are designed. some kind of a funnel design and then the weight of the capsules entice them to fall into place. I still have to hand place many of them but this is a better system than I’ve seen anywhere else. Keep tweezers handy to pull out the ones that go in upside down. Still beats making them By hand one by one.

There is actually an error in the pamphlet. Step 14 says "Take out the FRAME PLATE" -- but it shows a picture of the body plate

Then step 15 says "flip the capping + middle plate on top of the frame plate" -- but you're actually flipping it on top of the BODY PLATE.

They should fix that.

I would mention one other issue -- consider the plate one uses to compress the powder into the capsules: the individual pegs should be a little bit wider. The capsules are enough wider than the pegs that a significant amount of powder escapes being compressed, around the perimeter of the pegs in the capsule.

So even when you add more powder and tamp it down several times -- taking quite a long time to fill the capsules -- it's very difficult to add a sufficient amount of powder per capsule. The capsules end up very lightly filled, even adding and tamping powder down 3 or 4 times, so that you have to use a lot of "00" capsules.

Just used your product today for the first time and made 700 capsules. Took me about 2 hrs but thats cuz I'm a newbie. Does anyone else have issues with capsules, mainly the end caps, going into the hole backwards? I then have to manually grab them and insert them the right way and it happened eith about 30 end caps each time and is a little time consuming to flip them around manually

It's kind of an artform.. the number of ends, the way the shake it. The phase of the moon.... It all has to be perfect but with a little practice you can get it down to 5-10

Yo, had ibs-d for a long time, citrucel is the only thing that helps, but it's expensive, even the generic, and I take a lot.
So I bought methylcellulose powder and this, and make my own citrucel. Ir saves sooo much money and this makes it so much faster!

The bad part is that, by using a system like this;
the capsules aren’t getting as filled as when I fill them manually & so ends up using more of my capsules at a faster rate

Depends on what your packing... Try pouring some in cap, removing tray with complete caps and pressing on hard surface. I can get them rock hard with supplement

Hi David, just want to confirm if the capsules you are using is for the same size as your capsule filling machine? If your capsule filling machine is for size 00, your capsules should be size 00. If all your capsules are falling out, it only means you are using the wrong size of capsules.

Biggest drawback is that it's somewhat difficult to tightly control the amount of substance per capsule.

Also, 00 capsules can hold quite a bit more material than the apparatus can pack, because the pegs are too narrow.

Thank you for your question. The volume of powder will always depend on the density of powder to be used. For example, If it’s still a bit confusing, just think of the difference in volume between a pound of rocks and a pound of feathers. Both weigh the same, but the volume required to store 1lb. of each will be different. So, how can we effectively figure out how many milligrams go into a capsule? Well here’s the scoop: A Milliliter measuring scoop sold online will help solve the problem. Because with the scoop and a scale, you can determine the weight that's going into your capsules.
